LaVar Arrington

LaVar Arrington was the second overall pick in the 2000 NFL Draft, selected by the Washington Redskins after a college career at Penn State. He played linebacker for seven seasons in the NFL, also spending time with the New York Giants. Since retiring, Arrington has built a long broadcasting career — he worked Redskins pregame and postgame coverage on Comcast SportsNet starting in 2007, hosted "The LaVar Arrington Show with Chad Dukes" on 106.7 The Fan in Washington, and later joined NFL Network's NFL AM program in 2014. He spent time as a football analyst on FS1's "Speak For Yourself" before teaming up with Brady Quinn and Jonas Knox in September 2021 for "2 Pros and a Cup of Joe," Fox Sports Radio's morning drive show. On the podcast, Arrington regularly makes picks against the spread and offers takes on everything from NFL rosters and divisional races to the Combine and surprise teams.
