2,718 graded takes land strictly between the extremes, and the shape has a story: the counts climb as the scores improve. A take that earns partial credit is far more likely to be nearly right than nearly wrong.
This is where the curve-graded kinds live — mock draft picks (2,039), score predictions (503) and depth chart calls (198) — the kinds where missing by a little costs a little, not everything.

Drew Allar to make the roster
it appears the Steelers' initial 53-man roster will indeed include each of the team's four quarterbacks
Will Howard to be cut
By keeping all four, McCarthy will put himself in position to maximize this season's potential and starting the post-Rodgers era next season with two young quarterbacks under contract.
Will Howard to make the roster
Howard is all but guaranteed to make the 53-man roster if he's healthy as one of Pittsburgh's four signal callers.
Eku Leota to make the roster
He didn't make the team in our final roster projections with Eku Leota usurping him.
Chicago Bears to beat Panthers
Week one, at home against the Bears. ... I don't like having to go against Ben Johnson second year with the bear Bears to open the season, so I got us for the loss there.
Carolina Panthers to beat Atlanta
Final week 18, you're at home against Atlanta. I I think we're gonna sweep the whole division.
Carolina Panthers to beat Atlanta
Week two going to Atlanta. ... with the QB dilemma going on between Tua and Pinnock, I got us having a win there.
Carolina Panthers to beat Cleveland
Week three going to Cleveland. Man, we're just better than them.
