2,875 graded takes land strictly between the extremes, and the shape has a story: the counts climb as the scores improve. A take that earns partial credit is far more likely to be nearly right than nearly wrong.
This is where the curve-graded kinds live — mock draft picks (2,039), score predictions (719) and depth chart calls (198) — the kinds where missing by a little costs a little, not everything.
Sonny Styles to be picked at number 5
Sonny Styles to the Giants.
Kenyon Sadiq to be picked at number 15
With the fifteenth pick... the Tampa Bay bucketeers select Kenyan Saddiq, tight end, Oregon.
Fernando Mendoza to be picked at number 1
Fernando Mendoza to the Raiders at one.
Colton Hood to be picked at number 29
Chiefs rebuild their secondary in one draft at the corner out of Tennessee... I had them just overhauling their secondary with Caleb Downs and Colton Hood with the two picks.
C.J. Allen to be picked at number 20
with the twentieth pick in Nick Wright's NFL mock draft four point o, the Dallas Cowboys of Jerry Jones select CJ Allen, linebacker, Georgia

Caleb Downs to be picked at number 7

Makai Lemon to be picked at number 13
With the thirteenth pick... the Los Angeles Rams... select Mekhi Lemmon, wide receiver, USC.
Ty Simpson to be picked “top 45” (picks 1–45)
I don't think Ty Simpson is, in theory, worth a first round pick, but I do think he is going to go in the top 45.
Denzel Boston to be picked at number 29
With the twenty ninth overall pick... his Kansas City Chiefs select Denzel Boston, wide receiver Washington.
Arvell Reese to be picked at number 3
And I have Dallas taking the big swing... Arvel Reese with the comps to Micah Parsons, they give up twelve and twenty to move up.
Jermod McCoy to be picked at number 16
With the sixteenth overall pick... the New York Jets select Jermott McCoy, cornerback, Tennessee.
Jeremiyah Love to be picked at number 4
The fourth pick is not what I would do, but Jeremiah Love, people say is the best player in the draft... I do think if he is there, they will do it.
Cade McDonald to be picked at number 26
With the twenty sixth pick... the Buffalo Bills select Caden McDonald, defensive tackle, Ohio State.
Gennings Dunker to be picked “late second, early third round” (picks 33–100)
I have a late second, early third round grade. Now that is right in the range where green bag could potentially draft him.
Eli Heidenreich to be picked “Seventh round” (picks 217–257)
Seventh round, Eli Heidenreich, very interesting prospect. I'm gonna call him a fullback here at a navy
Akheem Mesidor to be picked at number 17
A key Mesidore ends up going to the Detroit lines to team up with Aidan Hutchinson.
Carnell Tate to be picked at number 7
And with that pick, the Philadelphia Eagles... Take Wide receiver, Cardinal Tate
