The Las Vegas Raiders were founded in 1960 in Oakland, California, and now play home games at Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nevada, with headquarters in Henderson. Known by many names—Silver and Black, Men in Black, Team of the Decades, The World's Team, Malosos, Sin City—the franchise is owned by Mark Davis and currently led by general manager John Spytek and head coach Klint Kubiak. The Raiders' recent history has been marked by occasional playoff runs amid stretches of rebuilding. A 12–4 season in 2016 brought postseason football, followed by leaner years before another playoff appearance in 2021 at 10–7. The subsequent seasons have been challenging, including a 4–13 record in 2024 and 3–14 in 2025. The current roster features tight end Brock Bowers, defensive end Maxx Crosby, quarterback Kirk Cousins, and rookie running back Ashton Jeanty among its notable names.
