The franchise reached its peak in 2015 with a 15–1 record and a Super Bowl appearance, though the years since have brought considerable rebuilding. After posting 2–15 in 2023, the Panthers improved to 5–12 in 2024 and returned to the playoffs in 2025 with an 8–9 mark under head coach Dave Canales.
